Discussion
Before printing a report, you may need to make some changes to the page setup. When you create a report, it either appears automatically in the Print Preview window, or you can open this window manually. Viewing a report in the Print Preview window enables you to see what page setup changes you need to make.
You can change the orientation and margins, as well as add a header and/or footer to your reports. A header is text that appears at the top of every printed page and a footer is text that appears at the bottom of every printed page. You can type text, or you can enter codes to print the current date, time, file name, or page number. In addition, you can add project-level fields, such as % Complete , to a header or footer as desired.
