Lesson 1 – Opening and Closing OneNote

U SING THE B ACKSTAGE V IEW Select the F ILE tab in the Ribbon to open the Backstage view. The Backstage view is where you find the commands for creating, saving, opening, and closing documents, as well as information about the document. The Backstage view includes options for printing and sharing your documents. The Options command opens a new screen for setting your OneNote options.

Select the File tab on the Ribbon to open the Backstage View.

OneNote displays the Backstage View, open to the Info tab by default.
