C REATING A N EW N OTEBOOK You might want to create a new notebook for each project, or for different areas of your life such as work, home, and school. The notebooks can be stored on your computer or they can be shared so that you can access them from other locations. 1. Select the File tab on the Ribbon. 2. In the Backstage View, select the New tab. 3. Select where you want to store the notebook, either on the Web, on a Shared drive, or on your computer. 4. Type the notebook name. Use the following procedure to create a new notebook.

5. Select Create in a different folder to locate the folder where you would like to store the notebook. 6. Click Create when you find the folder.
