U SING THE T EMPLATES P ANE The Templates pane allows you to create a page based on a template. There are several standard templates installed with OneNote, as well as templates you can download from Office.com

The default template controls how new pages are created.

If you want to create your own template, set up your current page like you want it then save the page as a template. Your templates appear in their own section on the Templates pane.

Use the following procedure to create a new page using a template.

1. Select Insert tab. 2. In the Pages group, select Page Templates .

3. Select Page Templates . The Templates pane appears beside the page pane.

4. Click a section in the Template pane to open a list of templates.
