The Pen tool on the Drawing toolbar allows you to add handwritten notes to your notebook.

Use the following procedure to use the Pen tool to add handwritten notes to your notebook.

1. Select the Draw tab on the Ribbon. 2. Select the More arrow next to the Tools group.

3. Select one of the color and thickness options to select a Pen tool. 4. Click and drag the mouse to add your handwriting.

5. To stop using the Pen tool, select the Type tool from the Draw tab Tools group.
