The Insert Space tool allows you to add extra space on your page without having to move the objects.

Use the following procedure to add extra space on a page.

1. Select the Draw tab on the Ribbon. 2. Select the Insert Space tool.

3. Move the line to the location where you want to add more space on the page. 4. Click and drag to create more space. 5. Release the mouse button to add the space.
