OneNote 2016 allows you to record and insert audio and video. In addition, you have the option to embed web videos. The directions are for inserting both audio and video

Use the following procedure to insert a video file or audio file.

1. Select the Insert tab on the Ribbon. 2. Select the File Attachment .

3. In the Choose a file or set of files to insert dialog box, navigate to the folder with the file you want to insert. 4. Select the file you want to insert. 5. Select Insert. The Insert File dialog box appears.

6. Select Attach File . The attached file is inserted on the page.
