S TEP - BY -S TEP Use Find options to search for text in a document.
If necessary, go to the top of the document.

1. Select the down arrow to the right of the Search Document field. The Find Menu opens.
Click
2. Select Advanced Find.
Click
The Find and Replace dialog box opens, with Find tab selected.
3. Type the text you want to find in the Find what field. The text appears in the Find what field.
Type Returns
4. Select More .
Click
The Find and Replace dialog box expands to display the Search Options section.
5. Select the Search: list.
Click
A list of available search directions appears.
6. From the Search list, select the direction you want to search.
Click Down
The direction appears in the Search box.
7. Select search options as desired.
Click
Match case
The options are selected or deselected accordingly.
8. Select Less to collapse the Search Options section, if desired.
Click
The Search Options section collapses.
9. Select Find Next .
Click
The first occurrence of the search text in the document is highlighted.
