1. Select the Find Options drop down arrow in the Search Document Text box The Find Options Menu opens.

2. Select the Graphics button.

The Navigation pane highlights all graphics in a list.

3. Click the Next Search Result arrow. The next graphic is highlighted in the document and in the Navigation pane .

Practice the Concept: Change the Search Option from Graphic to Comments . The comment associated with the second graphic is selected.

F INDING S PECIAL C HARACTERS  D ISCUSSION

Use the Find feature to search for special characters (such as an optional hyphen) or formatting marks (such as a paragraph mark or a tab character). Use Find to locate extraneous characters or to check existing ones.

When you are searching for special characters, select the desired character from the Find and Replace dialog box.
