12. Select the desired table of contents format. The selected format appears in the Print Preview and Web Preview fields.
Click Classic
13. Select the Tab leader list.
Click Tab leader
A list of available tab leaders appears.
14. Select the desired tab leader.
Click ....... (second option)
The selected tab leader appears in the Tab leader box.
15. Select Options .
Click
The Table of Contents Options dialog box opens. 16. Select the Outline levels option, if necessary. The Outline levels option is selected.

17. Select OK .
Click
The Table of Contents Options dialog box closes.
18. Select OK .
Click
The Table of Contents dialog box closes and the table of contents is inserted in the document.
