Practice Data
1. Click the beside the column header containing the items you want to hide or unhide. The filter dialog box opens with the list of available items displayed in the lower section. 2. Deselect the Purchaser you want to hide, or select the Purchaser you want to unhide. The item is deselected or selected. 3. Continue deselecting or selecting items as desired. The items are deselected or selected.

4. Select OK .

The dialog box closes, and the fields are hidden or unhidden in the PivotTable report.
Notice that Athlete’s Dream and SportsCity no longer appear in the PivotTable report.
Practice the Concept: Unhide the data in the by selecting (Select All) .
D ELETING P IVOT T ABLE R EPORT F IELDS D ISCUSSION If you no longer want to view a field in your PivotTable report, you can remove it from the report. The report will update automatically as soon as you remove the field.
NOTE A field can also be removed by right-clicking on any relevant data in the PivotTable report, and selecting the Remove “[Field name]” command.
P ROCEDURES 1. In the PivotTable Field pane, deselect the checkbox beside the field you want to remove.
