Selecting column data
NOTE You can also select columns and rows by right-clicking on a cell in the desired column or row, pointing to Select in the shortcut menu that appears and clicking the appropriate option in the Select submenu. To select all the table data using the menu, right-click any cell in the table and click Table Column Data in the Select submenu, then right-click within the selected column and click Table Row in the Select submenu. To select the entire table using the menu, right-click any cell in the table and click Entire Table Column in the Select submenu, then right-click within the selected column and click Table Row in the Select submenu. You can also select parts of the table using the keyboard. To select a table row, click any cell in the row then press [Shift+Spacebar] . To select column data, click any cell in the column then press [Ctrl+Spacebar] . To select the entire table column, press [Ctrl+Spacebar] twice. To select all table data, click any cell in the table then press [Ctrl+A] . To select the entire table including the Header Row and Total Row, press [Ctrl+A] twice.
