Open the folder you want to add
Double-click to open the student data folder
to the Trusted Locations list. The folder opens.

button. The Browse dialog box closes and the selected drive and folder appear in the Path box in the Microsoft Office Trusted Location dialog box. Select the Subfolders of this location are also trusted option, if required. The option is selected. Select the Description box. The insertion point appears in the Description box. its contents. The text appears in the Description box. Select OK . The Microsoft Office Trusted Location dialog box closes and the folder name appears in the User Locations section of the Trusted Locations list.
