1. Select the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button to the right of the Quick Access Toolbar . 2. Select More Commands . 3. If the macro is stored in a specific workbook, select the Customize Quick Access Toolbar list . 4. Select the name of the workbook in which the macro is stored. 5. Select the desired macro from the Customize Quick Access Toolbar list.
