Lesson 2 – Setting up the Slide Show

2. To pause the timer, select the Pause button

3. To start the timer again, click the Pause button .

4. To reset the timer for the current slide, select the Repeat button .

If necessary, switch to Slide Sorter view , display the Slide Show tab, and select the Set Up Slide

1. Click the Rehearse Timings button in the Set Up group on the Slide Show tab. The slide show begins and the Rehearsal toolbar is displayed in the upper, left corner of the screen. 2. To pause the timer, click the Pause button. The timer stops. 3. To start the timer again, click the Pause button. The timer begins running again. 4. To reset the timer for the current slide, click the Repeat button. The timer is reset to zero.
