Lesson 3 – Presentation Features

Comparing two presentations with the Reviewing Pane

NOTE Choose to Accept or Reject the change by right-clicking the change icon in the Slide Pane.



P ROCEDURES

1. Select the Review tab.

2. Select the

icon in the Compare group.

3. Open the file you wish to compare.

4. The Revisions pane opens.

5. Accept or Reject changes in the presentation, using the Accept

and

buttons.

6. When review is finished save the file.


