Lesson 4 – Expanding a Slide Show



S TEP - BY -S TEP Create a hyperlink to a custom show.

If necessary, switch to Normal view and display the Insert tab.

1. Select the text or object to which you want to add a hyperlink. The text or object is selected. 2. Click the Hyperlink button in the Links group. The Insert Hyperlink dialog box opens. 3. Under Link to , select Place in This Document . The Place in This Document page is displayed. 4. Expand the desired section, if necessary. The section expands. 5. Select the slide or custom show you want to appear when the link is clicked. The slide or custom show is displayed under Slide preview . The Set Hyperlink ScreenTip dialog box opens, with the insertion point in the ScreenTip text box. 7. Type the desired ScreenTip text. The text appears in the ScreenTip text box. 6. Select ScreenTip... , if desired.

Click ScreenTip...

8. Select the OK button.

The Set Hyperlink ScreenTip dialog box closes.
