T ASK Use PowerPoint features to collaborate with and present a slide show to a wider audience.

1. Open MEETNG19.PPTX . 2. Use Package for CD to compress the presentation and save it to the student data folder with the name New Presentation . Do not include linked files or embed the fonts and make sure the PowerPoint Viewer is included. 3. Use the PowerPoint Viewer to run the MEETNG19.PPTX slide show from the student data drive. After you have viewed the slide show, end it. 4. Return to PowerPoint and save the MEETNG19.PPTX presentation as MEETFONT.PPTX to the student data folder with the fonts embedded. Close MEETFONT.PPTX . 5. Open MEETNG19.PPTX , if necessary. 6. Save MEETNG19.PPTX in HTML format as HTML2.HTM to the student data folder. Change the page title to Annual Meeting and Overview and publish the complete presentation. 7. Close HML2.HTM and open MEETNG19.PPTX . 8. Inspect the document and remove and Personal Information stored in the file. 9. Encrypt the document with a password of your choice. 10. View the presentation as a slide show and highlight the Revenue and Profit and Important Trends bullet points on slide 3 using the annotation tools. Discard your annotations when leaving the Slide Show. 11. Close MEETNG19.PPTX without saving any changes.
