If necessary, open a blank or new presentation

1. Select the Insert tab on the Ribbon . The Insert tab is displayed. 2. Select the bottom part of the Photo Album button in the Images group. The Photo Album menu opens. 3. Select New Photo Album . The Photo Album dialog box opens. 4. Select the File/Disk button. The Insert New Pictures file browser opens. 5. Select the desired images. Hold the [Ctrl] key to select multiple images. The desired images are highlighted.

Click on the Autumn Leaves image in the Sample Pictures folder. Hold [Ctrl] and click on Dock and Forest

6. Select the Insert button. The browser closes and the

selected images are displayed in the Photo Album dialog box.

7. Select the Create button.

The dialog box closes and the album is created within the presentation.

Save the presentation as LANDSCAPES.PPTX .
