1. Select the Insert tab on the Ribbon . The Insert tab is displayed. 2. Select the bottom part of the Photo Album button in the Images group. The Photo Album menu opens.

The Edit Photo Album dialog box opens.

4. Select a Layout other than ‘Fit to Slide’ from the Picture Layout menu. The new layout appears in the preview. 5. Select the Captions below ALL pictures check box from Picture Options . The box is checked.

The Edit Photo Album dialog box closes and captions are applied to the presentation.
