Lesson 1 – Inserting a Photo Album

2. Select the bottom part of the Photo Album button in the Illustrations group. The Photo Album menu opens.

Click the bottom part of the Photo Album button

3. Select the Edit Photo Album button.

Click

The Edit Photo Album dialog box opens.

4. Select the Frame Shape list from Album Layout . The Frame Shape list opens. 5. Select the desired frame shape. The selected frame shape is displayed in the Frame Shape list.

Click the Frame Shape list

Click on Simple Frame , Black

6. Select the Update button.

Click

The Edit Photo Album dialog box closes and the frame shape is added to the images in the album.

Close LANDSCAPES.PPTX.
