1. Select the Review tab and select Compare . The review ribbon is displayed and the Choose file to merge with current presentation dialog box appears. 2. Select the student data file to use to compare presentations. The file is selected.

Select the file: REVIEW17.pptx

3. Select the Merge button.

Click

The Revisions Pane opens on the right.

4. Press the Next button on the Review tab. The first change is highlight in a bubble with a check box. 5. Accept the change by clicking in the check box. The change is accepted and you are moved to the next change for review.

Click in the checkbox:

Practice the concept : Continue by pressing the Next button

and using the Check

Box to accept the changes.

Click

when all changes have been accepted.

Save and close the file.

U SING THE R EADING V IEW  D ISCUSSION

Upon first glance, the Reading View appears very similar to the Slide Show view with two differences. The Title bar is always visible as well as your Start Menu and Task bar.
