1. On the Create tab in the Queries group. select the Query Wizard button. The New Query dialog box opens.

2. Select Crosstab Query Wizard .

Click Crosstab Query Wizard

Crosstab Query Wizard is selected.

3. Select OK .

Click

The New Query dialog box closes, and the Crosstab Query Wizard opens.

4. Select the table or query from the Which table or query contains the fields you want for the crosstab query results? list. The table or query is selected.

Click Table: Packing Slip

5. Select Next .

Click

The next page of the Crosstab Query Wizard appears.

6. Add the field you want to use to as row headings to the Selected Fields list. The field is previewed.

Double-click Prod ID

7. Select Next .

Click

The next page of the Crosstab Query Wizard appears.

8. Add the field you want to use as column heading from the Which

Click Sales Rep

field’s values do you want as column headings? list. The field is previewed in the Sample box.

9. Select Next .

Click

The next page of the Crosstab Query Wizard appears.

10. Select the field on which you want to calculate from the Fields list. The field is previewed and the corresponding functions appear in the Functions list.

Click Qty
