The Format page of the property sheet

NOTE Change the properties for several controls at once. For example, select several text boxes and change the font type and size for all of them at the same time, rather than individually. Open the property sheet by double-clicking a label or text box on the form.

Procedures

1. Open the desired form or report in Design view. 2. Select the desired control. 3. Press [F4] to view the Property Sheet .

4. Select the desired tab on the property sheet. 5. Select the desired property you want to set. 6. Select the list for the property, if appropriate. 7. Type the desired property setting or choose a property setting from the list. 8. To modify another control, click the desired control on the form.
