An option group added to a form

Procedures

1. Open the desired form in Design view. 2. Select the Design tab.

3. Select the Option Group button in the Controls group. 4. Click in the location on the form where you want the option group to begin. 5. Type the desired label for the first option. 6. Press [Tab] . 7. Type other labels as desired.
