4. Select the desired lookup source. The option is selected.

The next page of the Lookup Wizard appears, with the Number of columns box selected. 6. Enter the desired number of lookup columns. The number appears in the Number of columns box. The insertion point appears in the first row of the Col1 column, and the specified number of columns appears. 8. Type the first desired lookup value. The text appears in the first Col1 box. 9. Enter additional lookup values as desired. The text appears in the columns. 7. Select the box below the Col1 heading.

10. Select Next .

The next page of the Lookup Wizard appears

11. Type a new label.

Change the label or keep the default.

13. Select whether to limit entries to the choice or store multiple values. Allow only the choices in the list or allow multiple values.

Click Limit To List .

13. Rename the label for the Lookup

Click

Column, if necessary and select Finish . The Lookup Wizard dialog box closes.

Type the following values into the lookup list, pressing the [Tab] key to move to the next column or row as needed:
