A command button created on a form

NOTE To create a command button with a macro, disable the Control Wizards button ( Design tab, Controls group). Use the Control Wizard to create a command button that allows you to synchronize records between two forms. As you move through records on a form, view related records on a second form by clicking the command button.

Procedures

1. Open the desired database. 2. Open the desired form or report in Design view. 3. On the Design tab in the Controls group click the Control Wizards button to disable it, if necessary. . 5. Click in the desired location in the form or report where you want to create the command button. 6. Press [F4] to display the property sheet. 7. Select the Event tab. 8. Select the desired property. 4. In the Controls group click the Button control

9. Select the property list. 10. Select the desired macro. 11. Select the Format tab.
