When the tracking options have been enabled, the Tracking icon appears in the Message window for messages in the Sent Items folder. If you open the message in its own window and

click the

button on the Ribbon, the Tracking details are displayed in their own pane.

NOTE You can enable tracking for a single message by selecting the Options button in the message header. You can then choose from the tracking options listed under Voting and Tracking options .
