3. Select the Follow Up
button in the Tags group.
4. Select the desired Flag type.

Flag a contact for follow up.
If necessary, open the Contacts pane.
Steps

1. Select the contact you want to flag. The contact is selected.
Click the Anaya, Tom contact
2. Click the Follow Up Flag icon. The Actions menu appears.
Click
3. Select the required Flag . The Flag to list appears.
Click Tomorrow
4. Open the Contact .
Double-click Anaya, Tom
The Contact window opens showing the Follow Up details on the Infobar.
5. Close the Contact window.
Click
The Contact window closes and the Contacts pane is displayed.
A DDING A R EMINDER TO A F OLLOW U P D ISCUSSION
When you flag a contact, you can also select from Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, No Date and Custom as the date that the follow up is due. Depending upon which of these you choose a Reminder is set a certain time ahead of the due date although any of these Reminder dates and times can be customized.
The default Reminder set for each of the flags are shown below.
