5. Select the Start date list.
Click Start date
The calendar for the current month appears.
6. Select the required Start date.
Click the day in 7 days time.
The date appears in the Start date box.
7. Select the Due date list.
Click Due date
The calendar for the current month appears.
8. Select a due date.
Click the day in 7 days time
The selected date appears in the Due date box. 9. To set a date for the Reminder , select the list to the right of the Reminder box. The calendar for the current month appears.

10. Select a Reminder date.
Click the day in 4 days time
The selected date appears in the Reminder box.
11. To set a time for the Reminder , select the list to the right of the Date box. A list of times appear.
Click
12. Select the desired time for the Reminder .
Scroll as necessary and click 1:00 PM
The time for the Reminder appears in the box to the right of the Due by box.
13. Select OK .
Click OK
The Flag for Follow Up dialog box closes and the message appears with a flag in the Flag Status column.
Select the flagged message and notice that the reason and due date appear in the InfoBar at the top of the message in the Reading Pane.
Double-click the message to open it in the Message window. Click the Follow Up
button
in the Tags group in the message window and select Mark Complete .
