Lesson 2 – Working with Tasks
NOTE Although you can assign a due date to a task, you cannot assign a scheduled time. You can use the Calendar to enter activities that occur at a specific time. You can also open the Task window by double-clicking any blank cell in the task list. It may be necessary to expand the Task window to view all the information.
Procedures
1. Open the Tasks folder. 2. Click the New Task button on the Home tab . 3. Type the subject of the task. 4. Select the Due date box. 5. Enter the due date for the task. 6. Press [Enter] .
7. Select the Save and Close
button.

If necessary, open the Tasks pane.
