The appropriate dialog box closes and the changed value for the rule appears in the Step 2: Edit the rule description box. 9. When are finished modifying the rule, select Finish . A confirmation dialog box may open, informing you that the rule will process only when Outlook is running, 8. Select OK to close the dialog box.
