1. Select the File tab.

Click File

The Backstage view opens.

2. Select the Automatic Replies command.

Click Automatic Replies

The Automatic Replkies dialog box opens.

3. Select the Send automatic replies option. The Send automatic replies option is selected. 4. Select the Only send during the time range check box. The Only send during the time range is selected. 5. Select the date part of the Start time list. A calendar is displayed.

6. Select the required start date.

Click today’s date

The date is shown in the Start time list.

7. Select the time part of the Start time list. A list of times is shown.
