1. Click File .

The Backstage view appears.

2. Open Outlook Options

Click Options

The Outlook Options appear.

3. Select Search .

Click Search

The Search Options dialog box opens.

4. Change the highlight color.

Click Highlight search terms in the results. From the Highlight color drop-down list select a new color.

Make changes in the Search Options dialog box.

5. Select OK .

Click

The Search Options dialog box closes and the settings are saved.

6. Select the Instant Search box at the top of the inbox. The insertion point appears in the Instant Search box. 7. Type the first letter of the required search text. The search text is displayed in the Search Box . 8. Type the second letter of the required search text. The search text is displayed in the Search Box .

9. Press the [Enter] key.

The search results are displayed.
