NOTE You can use the Rules Wizard to create more advanced rules for the items delivered to your Inbox.
P ROCEDURES 1. Open the folder containing the items you want to organize.
2. Click the View tab
.
3. In the Current View group, click View Settings
.
4. Click Conditional Formatting…
.
5. Click Add
to define a new rule.
6. Name the rule.
7. Click Font
to format the rule.
8. Click Condition
to define the conditions.
9. Click OK to close the Filter dialog box.
10. Click OK to close the Conditional Formatting dialog box.
11. Click OK to close the Advanced Settings dialog box.
S TEP - BY -S TEP If necessary, open the Inbox folder and exchange messages with a fellow student with the subject Winter Expo .
