Usage or Task Usage views, add row and column totals to the printout using the View page in the Page Setup dialog box. To print column totals at the bottom of the table, enable the Print column totals option. The totals appear on the last page of the printout. If you are printing a date range, add row totals to the printed table by selecting the Print row totals for values within print date range option.
Viewing resource costs
NOTE To open the Page Setup dialog box click the File > Page Setup command or by selecting the Page Setup button in the Print Preview window. Microsoft Project contains reporting features that print a variety of reports.
Procedures
1. Switch to the Resource Usage view.
2. Select the View ribbon.
