Viewing slack

NOTE

To change the default amount of slack time for critical tasks, open the Options dialog box select File > Options > Advanced > Calculation options for this project. In the Tasks are critical if slack is less than or equal to ____ days field, select the slack. Be sure you are viewing the most recent slack time calculations by pressing the [F9] key to force calculation.



Procedures

1. Select the View tab.

2. Click the

command in the Data group

3. Select Schedule .
