Select Edit Offline. d) In the Edit Offline dialog box, read the message and select OK. e) In the body of the document, type Offline Update f) Save the document and close Microsoft Word. g) A prompt appears asking if you would like to update the server, select Update. 4) Review the updated document. a) In Microsoft Outlook, in the Folder pane, under your email address, select Inbox to return to the Inbox view in Outlook. b) Switch to SharePoint. c) In the Team Documents page, select Resume updated. d) The document opens in Microsoft Word Web App. Observe that the document is updated with the changes made from Outlook. e) Close Microsoft Word Web App. 5) Synchronize a SharePoint calendar in Outlook. a) In the Quick Launch area, select Team Calendar. b) On the Team Calendar page, on the ribbon, select the CALENDAR tab, and in the Connect & Export group, select Connect to Outlook. c) A dialog box appears asking if you wish to allow the website to open Outlook, select Allow. d) If you receive a certificate error, select Yes.
