NOTE As you enter keywords in the Enterprise Keywords box, keywords that have previously been entered will appear in the drop-down box. This includes keywords typed by classmates.

e) Select Save.

4) Update document properties for your work skills matrix. a) Next to Work Skills Matrix, select the Open Menu button. b) In the preview window, select the Open Menu button, and then select Edit Properties. c) The document properties are displayed on the page. In the Title box, verify Work Skills Matrix is displayed. d) In the Enterprise Keywords box, type ; Skills e) Select Save. 5) Search for documents using Site Search. a) In the upper-right corner of the page, in the Search this site box, type standards and select the Search button.

b) In the Search page, the results are displayed. c) Observe the search results.

NOTE Because the search was executed from the Site Search box, the search not only returns documents that contain the term being searched for, but also any libraries and lists that contain the term, or documents with the term. In this case, the Team Documents library is listed because it contains the documents with the term searched for.

6) Set an alert to inform you when changes are made to documents. a) At the bottom of the Search page, select Alert Me to display the New Alert page. b) Observe the Alert Title and the Delivery Method that are chosen by default. c) In Delivery Method section, verify that the email address is @ develetech.com .
