7) Observe the difference in search results when performing a site search compared to a search of a specific document library. a) In the Find a file box, type standards and select the Search button.

b) Observe the list of files that appears.

NOTE Because you searched from the Find a file box inside the Team Documents library, the search scope is limited to only that library. The Team Documents library does not appear on the search results list.

8) Share a document a) In the Team Documents library, next to the C++ and C Sharp development standards document, select the Open Menu button. b) In the preview window, select Share. c) In the Share dialog box, in the Enter names, email addresses, or Everyone box, type and select Share. d) Observe the message that appears in the upper right portion of the page.

NOTE The message said, "Sharing request sent to site owner." A site owner has to approve the request to share the library.

9) Download a document. a) Next to the C++ and C Sharp development standards document, select the Open Menu button. b) In the preview window, select the Open Menu button, and then select Download a copy.
