As when permissions are inherited the following options are available:

Create Group
Check Permissions Delete Unique Permissions: Removes unique permissions and turns inheritance from parent back on. This option is never available at the top- level site of a Site Collection. Edit User Permissions: When a user or group is selected by checking the box to the left of the user or group name, you can you can select permission levels to assign permissions to the user or group. Remove User Permissions: When a user or group is selected by checking the box to the left of the user or group name, you can remove the user or group from the access control list for the object. Permission Levels: Allows you to configure the specific permissions associated with existing permission levels, create new permission levels, and remove permission levels. Access Request Settings: Enable or disable requests for access to be sent to site owners if a user cannot access the site. You can also configure the email that the request is sent to. Site Collection Administration: Allows you to view, add, and remove Site Collection administrators if this is the top-level site in the collection and you are an owner or administrator of the Site Collection. The follow permission management options are available:
