S TEP - BY -S TEP Adding fields to a PivotTable report.

1. Select the desired field name from the field section in the PivotTable Field List pane and drag to the Row Labels box in the layout section. The selected field name is highlighted and the mouse pointer changes to a move handle. The field name label appears as you drag to the desired location in the layout section. The selected field name is displayed in the Row Labels box in the layout section, and a list of the field’s data values is displayed in the PivotTable report worksheet. 3. If necessary, select the next desired field name from the field section in the PivotTable Field List pane and drag to the Row Labels box in the layout section.
