Play Cable TV This room system can also play Cable TV.

Connect with ClickShare

Share screen while in call 1. Connect the HDMI cable to the laptop or device 2. Tap More 3. Tap Source Select 4. Tap ClickShare 5. Tap the Control Panel screen; outside of the Select Source Below box to return to home screen

1. From the Home Screen Tap Cable TV Controls . 2. Input channel number (if known) or use Channel arrows to change channels up or down

3. Tap the Navigation tab. 4. Select Info, Guide or Exit

5. To turn off Cable TV Tap Exit in the Display Control box

6. Plug the ClickShare dongle* to either the USB-C or USB-A port on the laptop or device 7. Follow the instructions on the room display or laptop 8. Press the ClickShare button (on the dongle) when flashing stops to begin sharing

Alternate Join Method

1. Tap Call on the Touch Control Home screen 2. Type an address (from invite) into the Touch Control: Ex: teams@meet.eversource.com 3. Tap the green Call button 4. Enter Video Conference ID when prompted by the attendant. Ex: 116 098 523 4 (found at bottom of meeting invite) OR: click the Alternate VTC instructions link in the invite. You will see a direct dial address to type into the Touch Control

9. Tap the Share

button on the Touch Control

10. Tap the Share in call option

* Do Not try to pair a dongle to a different ClickShare unit. This will lock up all units involved and will require a service call.

To Stop Sharing :  Tap Stop sharing on the Touch Control  Or Tap Clear Source in the Select Source Below box Adjust room camera Change Camera settings  Tap SelfView to Hide or Show Self View (if necessary) while in call  In the SelfView window, Tap the Camera control button to access room camera settings  Alternatively, you can access Camera controls if you tap Camera from the in call window
