F ILTERING FOR A VAILABLE R ESOURCES
Discussion
When working with a large list of resources, it may be easier to reduce the list by applying a filter. A filter shows only the resources that meet certain criteria. The Resource list options section of the Assign Resources dialog box provides a variety of filters. For example, you can filter a list to display work resources only. You can also filter the resource list to display resources that are available to work a specific number of hours per day. Selecting both of the filter check boxes means that a resource must meet both criteria. By using both filters, you can search for all resources assigned to the Contractor group who can provide 24 hours of work per day.
