Switch to the Task Usage view, apply the Work table, and drag the split bar as far right as possible. Double-click the right border of the Task Name column to view the entire field.

For 10 Select Subcontractors task, the Superintendent has performed a total of 32 hours of work. However, due to a scheduling problem, you need to schedule this resource to perform 12 more hours of work that was originally scheduled for the Superintendent resource.

1. To enter actual work completed,

Click the Actual field for the Superintendent resource assigned to the 10 Select Subcontractors task.
