3. Under Link to , select Existing File or Web Page . The Insert Hyperlink dialog box displays available files and folders.

Click Look in:
A list of available drives appears.
Navigate to the location of the student data drive.
5. Select the drive containing the file to which you want to link. A list of available folders appears. 6. Select the folder containing the file to which you want to link. A list of available files appears. 7. Select the file to which you want to link. The file is selected. customizing the text in the Text to display box or by using the ScreenTip button to add text as desired. The dialog box opens to allow you to enter text. 8. Include additional screen text by
Double-click to select the student data folder.
Scroll as necessary and click Windows.docx

Type Windows to install.
9. Type the desired text. The text is added.
10. Select OK .
Click
The Screen Tip window closes and you are back to the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.
11. Select OK .
Click
The Insert Hyperlink dialog box closes and a Hyperlink icon appears in the Indicators column.
Right-Click 21 Install Windows , point to Hyperlink and click Open Hyperlink . If a Microsoft Project warning box opens, select Yes . Notice that the Windows.docx opens and is displayed on the screen. Close Windows.docx .
