Lesson 2 – Working with Notebooks

S HARE N OTEBOOK After you save a notebook on OneDrive, you can share it with one or more people whether the people are team members or individuals. When you choose to share a notebook, OneNote creates a link to send.

Use the following procedures to share a notebook.

1. In OneNote 2016, select the File tab. 2. On the left-side of the screen, select Share . 3. Select Share with People .

4. In the Share with People section, type the names or email addresses for one or more people or click the Contacts icon to select people. 5. From the drop-down list select whether the person can edit notebook content or just view the content. 6. Include a message if you want. 7. If you want to require people to sign in before they can see the document, click the Require user to sign in before accessing document check box. 8. Select Share .
