S HARE N OTES D URING A M EETING When you use OneNote 2016 to take notes during a meeting, you can share those notes with everyone in the meeting. When you share, it helps take more thorough note. Before you can share a notebook, it must be in a shared location on OneDrive or in SharePoint.

Use the following procedure to share notes.

1. On the Ribbon, select the File tab. 2. On the left side, select Share. 3. Do one of the following:

a. Select Invite People. The invited people receive a message with a link to the notebook. Make sure the permissions are set to Can Edit.

b. Select Share with Meeting. When people open the notebook, people with the appropriate permissions can add notes. OneNote syncs automatically to display all of notes.
