5. Select the More arrow in the lower-right corner of the Shapes gallery and select an option.

6. When finished, do one of the following: a. Press Esc on your keyboard. b. On the Draw tab, select Type in the Tools group.

Use the following procedure to draw several shapes without switching out of shapes mode.

1. Select or touch the Draw tab. 2. Select the More arrow in the lower-right corner of the Shapes gallery.

3. Select Lock Drawing Mode . OneNote is in drawing mode until you click Lock Drawing Mode again to turn drawing mode off. 4. Drag your mouse, finger, or stylus across the page to draw the shape. Draw multiple shapes of any kind. 5. When finished, do one of the following: a. Select Lock Drawing Mode to turn it off. b. Press Esc on your keyboard. c. On the Draw tab, select Type in the Tools group.

Use the following procedure to remove shapes or notes.

1. Select or touch the Draw tab. 2. Select Eraser . 3. When finished, do one of the following: a. Erase the shape or note. b. Click the shape or note and Delete on the keyboard.

Use the following procedure to handwrite notes on the page.

1. Select the Draw tab.
