2. In the Footnotes group, select the Next Footnote drop-down list.

Click Next Footnote

Footnote and Endnote browse options appear.

3. Select the next or previous option you want. The selected option appears.

Click Next Endnote

Select the Previous Endnote , Next Footnote , and Previous Footnote options.

M OVING AND C OPYING N OTES  D ISCUSSION

Move or copy a note from one location in a document to another by moving or copying the note reference mark. Use the Cut , Copy , and Paste buttons in the Clipboard group on the Home tab to move or copy a note reference mark. You can also drag a note reference mark as desired to move or copy the note.

Since notes are numbered automatically, Word renumbers notes whenever you move or copy a note reference mark.  P ROCEDURES 1. In the document, select the note reference mark you want to move or copy.

2. Select the Cut button

to move the note or the Copy button

to

copy the note. 3. Position the insertion point where you want to insert the note reference mark.

4. Select the top part of the Paste button

in the Clipboard group.
